Wiik operates from the office in Enköping, but the projects extend across the entire country.

Responsibilities

In the role of project manager, you have a central and varied position where you drive both new construction projects for halls and after-sales projects. The emphasis is on new construction projects, where you are responsible for driving projects from planning to delivery, including coordination of assembly and subcontractors. You will also work on after-sales projects, from minor repairs to relocations, adjustments, and renovations of complete halls throughout Sweden. The role combines project management, customer contact, and practical work, making each day both challenging and developmental.

This is a role for you who thrive on variation and enjoy combining customer contact, planning, and coordination. You work closely with assembly, purchasing, and sales, and become an important link between the customer's needs and a delivery that maintains high quality. The role offers both freedom and responsibility, as well as great opportunities to influence how the projects are driven. Travel to projects and assembly is a natural part of the role and often occurs several days a week, mainly within Svealand and Götaland.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Lead and drive contracting projects from start to finish, such as fabric replacements, repairs, relocations, and extensions.

• Plan and coordinate assembly, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure efficient project flows.

• Maintain ongoing customer contact and be the one who creates security, manages expectations for the project, and communicates deviations.

• Handle administration and finance, including documentation in Dalux and invoicing materials.

• Perform simpler practical tasks as needed and be present at assembly for coordination and quality assurance.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in project management within contracting projects (construction, industry, or assembly)

• Documented experience in procuring subcontractors/assembly companies

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing

• B driver's license

• Good system knowledge and knowledge of Microsoft 365, as well as preferably experience with project or field systems

Meritorious:

• Experience from hall/tent solutions, construction site coordination, and/or service organizations

• Basic knowledge of workplace and safety requirements (e.g., BAS-U/BAS-P, lift/work at height)

To succeed in the role of project manager, you are independent, responsible, and have a strong drive. You enjoy taking significant responsibility for the projects and can quickly adapt when conditions change. The role requires you to be solution-oriented and comfortable in dynamic and time-pressured environments, where you often need to make quick decisions and prioritize multiple parallel projects without compromising quality. You are structured and have excellent planning skills, while also having an unpretentious approach and easily building relationships with customers, assembly teams, and suppliers. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude are crucial for creating smooth flows and deliveries that maintain high standards.
